Strict Quality Control (AQL 2.5/4.0)

Quality isn't inspected at the end; it's built into the process. We follow a 4-step QA protocol.

1. IQC (Incoming QC)
Every batch of fabric, webbing, and hardware is inspected for color fastness, thickness, and defects before entering the warehouse.
2. IPQC (In-Process QC)
Line supervisors conduct random hourly checks on stitching tension, seam allowance, and logo alignment during production.
3. FQC (Final QC)
100% visual inspection of finished bags. We check for loose threads, zipper smoothness, and structural integrity.
4. OQC (Outgoing QC)
Pre-shipment inspection based on AQL standards. We verify carton marks, drop tests, and pallet stability.
