A printable checklist for pre-production, inline QC, and final inspection.
Pre-production confirmation
Confirm BOM, approved colors, logo artwork, hardware samples, zipper pullers, and packaging spec.
Validate critical measurements and pocket layouts on the pre-production sample.
Inline QC checkpoints
Stitch length and seam allowances, edge binding uniformity, reinforcement placement, zipper alignment,
webbing length tolerance, bartack quality, and printing position.
Final inspection
Appearance and workmanship, functional tests, odor check, color consistency, packaging, labels, carton marks,
and random sampling based on AQL.
